 <li>Configures hold time for cards—a setting that determines the duration a card must remain in proximity to be read successfully.</li>
 <li>Adjusts output format between decimal and hexadecimal representations.</li>
 <li>Controls Wiegand bit output format—such as reversing or inverting bits—and the stripping of leading or trailing bits.</li>
 <li>Enables or disables the Facility Access Code (FAC) feature.</li>
 <li>Allows customization of delimiters set before and after each scan for use in keyboard emulation mode with the RS3 NFC reader.</li>
</ul>

All configurations are stored in the RS3 device’s flash memory to ensure persistence across power cycles and device resets.
